Ross Harrison has been a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association and involved in the fitness industry for over 10 years. He is a certified personal trainer, certified strength and conditioning specialist, nutritional consultant, and has a BA in psychology. Ross takes a holistic approach to health and fitness and believes that a good health and fitness program must address a variety of issues, including exercise (aerobic and anaerobic), nutrition, injury prevention/rehab, posture, and exercise psychology. Ross works to train and educate people of all ages to improve their quality of life through proper exercise and nutrition. Ross is currently living in Austin, TX where he runs Precision Health and Fitness, an in-home personal training and consulting company.
